We have used Hercules twice. Once to repair our dinosaur of a furnace. Robin was able to come out on short notice to get it running again. This month she replaced both the heater and hot water tank. Fair price, quick and professional install.
I have called on 2 different occasions and the first time it was in February 2023 and I was heading to Vancouver for a hospital procedure and it was 2 days before I had a return call, by then my repair was completed. And this last time end February 2024 I never did receive a return call.
Just awesome she is so knowledgeable fast and good
