Bought three heaters from this guy he’s giving us a great price every time. One of our heaters wheels broke and he sent us and had it repaired for free and while it was there, the guy changed out the heating elements didn’t cost us a thing. highly recommend this guy
If I could give a zero I would. I bought a unit at the syracuse home show, got it home and it didn't heat nearly the square footage that they promised. I contacted a woman who sent me a return label for either a refund or a new unit. I sent it back and it's been crickets ever since - this was MONTHs ago.
I recently purchased a heater from their salesman Todd at a home goods/ camper show. He was the nicest most polite man I've ever worked with! He gave me a great price compared to the ones he showed me on the website!! I saved over $100! Now that the weather cooled down enough to use it, I can honestly say the heater itself works amazing! With a temperature controled living situation, I couldn't have got a better product! If I were to get another I'd definitely buy from them again!!! I wanted to wait until I got a chance to use this a few times before I wrote a review on it. I ordered the Hercules heater at Woodstock fair in Connecticut at a vendor booth. I was skeptical given them so much money I think I paid over 400 for it maybe even 500. But this was a father/son team and i kbew i coupd trust them. At first, I was worried I wasn't getting it delivered when I was supposed to at my Florida address but it came right on time.
