I had an extremely disappointing experience at this warehouse. I arrived at 8:00 AM, got assigned a door by 8:30 AM, and didn’t leave until 1:00 PM. The delivery process was slow. This is by far the worst warehouse I’ve deal with—avoid if possible!
the driver of this truck (MC236993 CA646569 USDOT424572) he blocked all the exit of storage in irvine, today Thu, Nov 7 10.30 am after i spoke to him. i am in a hurry, I need to go out, he answered me, very rudely he didn't say sorry nothing he spoke to me very mean i also have the pictures i don't know how to download it
I deal with many delivery companies in my industry and it's been a long time since I've had such a great experience. Between the dispatcher who called ahead of time, 3 way called the driver to get exact directions (best for everyone), and both her knowledge and pleasant disposition I was thrilled. The driver/delivery, was nice, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I don't leave many reviews but this was the exception.
FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wish to commend three wonderful workers at Hercules Freight, Savannah, Veronica, and Maribel. We had ordered two vanities for our bathroom remodeling project. After ordering the vanities from Costco, our contractor informed us that the vanities would not work in our project. We called Costco and explained the situation.
