Great experience working with Hercules. Logan Elliott was always available to talk and sent a great crew to fix our fence. The crew was extremely thorough and went above and beyond what we expected.
Hercules Fence did an amazing job! My parents had their fence installed by the Newport News team 16 years ago and still looks great, so I knew I wanted to go with them when I moved to Richmond. Working with John Arzillo made this experience that much better. He was fast, great with communication and would highly recommend him and the whole team!
Excellent service!! Metal fence posts came apart after over 10 years. Submitted a picture and technician came out and repaired— no charge!! This is a company that really stands behind their product and installation.
I had the pleasure of using Hercules Fence for my repair job. I have a 85 lb lab that broke my fence and immediately called Chris Hilliar for help. He had his sales associate, John Arzillo out there the next day and the fence was repaired two days later. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
I contacted Hercules Fence for a repair of a 32 foot section that was damaged by strong winds. The sales rep that came out, John Arzillo, was very helpful and professional. I knew it was short notice but I wanted to get the repairs completed before May 1st. John, without hesitation arranged for a date to have his crew come out to do the repairs.
