Hercules Build Design has done several jobs for us including building a new master suite about 12 years ago. Recently we noticed some small cracks in the bathroom sink. When I contacted the manufacturer about the sink, I was told that they would replace it free of charge, but they would not pay for instillation. I contacted Dave and he immediately offered to install the new sink and countertop free of charge. The manufacturer shipped the new fixture to Dave and he sent a crew to replace it.
