I recently had my mother's Hercules stair climber serviced. I was pro-actively contacted to inform me it was overdue. The machine was conveniently picked up from my house and serviced within a week. Upon return I received a summary of what was checked and the outcomes. The service was prompt, efficient and done with a smile. I appreciated the help and I'm looking forward to doing business again.

The Hercules Team were extremely helpful in enabling my husband to attend our son’s wedding. They took the time to explain how the equipment worked on site. There were quite a few stairs at the wedding venue but the Stairclimber made it possible for him to access all the rooms etc safely. I would highly recommend this product.
