We hired a stair climber from Hercules at 1st just to help my nan get up and down the stairs… honestly wasn’t sure how it was going to go. After using it for a bit, it made a big big difference. It felt a lot safer for her and way less stressful for the rest of us. We ended up buying it instead of returning it. The team were easy to deal with, no pressure or salesy stuff. They explained everything in plain language which I appreciated. Glad we went with these guys!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Hercules. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of properly. They serviced my stair climber, replaced the battery, and had it running perfectly again. My father in law recently had to be admitted to hospital with mobility issues and we weren’t able to get a patient transport on short notice, so we required a stair climber to assist us. Firstly Daniel over the phone was incredible, he went out of his way to assist us and make sure we could get my father in law to hospital in time, they were at our door with in two hours.
