This is the most honest and trust worthy mechanic I have ever used before. I had taken my car to the dealership to diagnose a problem that I had. I was told to replace my struts and bearing. I then ordered my parts from the dealer and took them to Hercules auto repair. It turns out that the problem was not what the dealer told me. Hercules auto took the time to examine my car and found the real problem. They took extra time and explained everything to me. I will never go anywhere else. They have my loyalty
Gerardo and Ricardo were awesome! First time working with them when I took my car in to replace my front brakes, and they called around to find me a better price since the OEM parts were ridiculously expensive. Gerardo told me he could get them at half the price with his contacts, but had no luck with them either. I did my research beforehand and suggested to Gerardo that I could buy the parts from a reputable vendor that sold OEs if they'd be willing to install them. Every time I come here the man that owns it is so nice so helpful and so honest if you want your car fixed right come to Hercules.
We were on our way to a wedding when a concrete rock took down the metal sheet under the car and started dragging. We couldn’t pull it off after pulling over, so I called Hercules auto repair since it was the closest shop and open! Thankfully (not sure of his name) helped us removed it AND assessed to make sure our car was safe to continue driving. Thank you so much again for your amazing and kind service!
