Came here for a windshield replacement. I scheduled an appointment for 10AM. They didn't come do it until 5PM. Then when they finally came to do it Aaron damaged the trim around the windshield. I recommend staying far away from this shop.

The lady I talked to was automatically rude when she picked up the phone huffing and puffing must be SO hard sitting in a office on a phone all day in cool ac ridiculous

I really appreciate the help I got from Hercules Auto Glass. They worked with me and helped make the insurance claim process go smoothly. Plus it was easy to set up a mobile service appointment. They do good work!
