Once again I was extremely pleased with the customer service shown us by Sean ! Our item arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as promised. We continue to enjoy living with furniture purchased at Herchi furniture and see ourselves continuing to frequent the store for future purchases. Our experience with Herchi Furniture in Barrie was very enjoyable. The sales person (Emma Dionne) was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. If you need beautiful quality furniture, go and see her.
Sean was very knowledgeable about the products, any questions he could not answer immediately he got back to us in a timely manner. The delivery was on time and they were cautious and polite. I would highly recommend Herchi to anyone looking for beautiful high end furniture.
This was our third visit to Herchi furniture. We have always been impressed with the service and the quality of the furniture. We finally decided our old (20+ years) furniture was due to be replaced. Emma spent a lot of time with us, answering all our questions and giving us a lot of information about the pieces we were interested in. We are looking forward to our new look starting next week!
