Friendly staff and the equipment ran well. Did not appreciate the fuel charge or damage waiver on my bill, which left me paying for gas twice and unnecessary insurance. I rented an aerator for the weekend and returned it with a full tank as directed in my bill. Bill reads, "Fuel charge will be applied if not returned full." Can’t believe I never rented from these guys before. Great prices and excellent customer service. I will never use United rentals or sunbelt rentals again.
Rented a forklift for a month, They got a lift from another rental company and then marked it up for me. Used it for maybe 30 min and the propane tank was empty. (tank had no gauge) then they charged me for a tank refill when unit was returned.
