Amazingly good physician.
After posting my review we received a call from the practice manager apologizing for the delays. We appreciate the fact that they read the review and felt they needed to reach out. He is a good doctor and we s thorough. We are going to remain and see what happens the next time. Dr Hay himself took responsibility and I appreciate that as well.
Literally the best doctor you’ll ever have. I have had a few specialist shocked when they see his name on the referral. He’s through listens and worth any wait in the office for him.
I am blessed to be a patient of Dr. Herby Hay. He and his assistant, Kimberly are the best. He is extremely caring and patient and listens!! If I have to wait 45 minutes to see him, it’s worth it because he actually spends time being a doctor.
He is the best doctor that i ever had. He takes his time, talk to the patient and make the diagnosis. He is very involved with the patient and I don't mind to wait for my turn. I wish every medical dr. Would practice like he does. He also safe my life by ordering the necessary medical procedures.
