I did not have a great experience with Dr. Herbst. I went for a consultation for ovarian cystectomy. They charged me double the rate of a Specialist visit copay from my insurance, which has never happened at any other office for consultation. I had done extensive research on the matter beforehand as this would be my first surgery and I wanted to know as much as I could. Staff returned from lunch @1:39, keeping patients waiting for their 1:30 appt’s. Then waited nearly an hour to be seen. When I said something to Dr Herbst, HE was annoyed. The nerve

Dr. Herbst is superb. I had a Da Vinci total hysterectomy done by Dr. Herbst and the experience has been amazing. He was very reassuring and explained everything in a calm, compassionate manner. Since the surgery, my recovery has been excellent with little to no discomfort. I would recommend Dr. Herbst and the surgery to anyone.
