Eric and his team replaced the engine in my 2017 Nissan Rogue. 4 days time had it done. The new used engine had 40k less than my original engine. Eric was excellent helping with a few slight issues I had with it. All items were fixed no issues. I highly recommend them for service. They are a high end shop and did great by me. I dropped off my 1997 grand Cherokee to get some oil leaks fixed. Eric was thorough inspecting and pointing out everything I need to do to keep this Jeep running. I really appreciate him reaching out out to me through text message to inform me of these things and to keep a log. He fixed my oil leaks with no problems. Amazing customer service pulled in because check coolant light p popped up on my Range Rover and he got me in right away and I just need a topping off and he didn’t even charge me great great customer service would highly recommend this place for your high-end automotive needs
Highly recommend Herbst regardless of the make/model you drive. They have taken care of my Hyundai Genesis Coupe for several years now. The job always gets done right, they communicate with you for the whole process, they'll let you know if they find other issues and provide a quote and the option to have that fixed or not with no pressure. One look at their lot on any given day will tell you the experience they have by seeing the kind of cars they are trusted with.
Great work there. The mechanic was knowledgeable and understood what was needed to fix my Volkswagon. I highly recommend.
