I had a great experience at Herbst. Eric was honest and informative as he patiently explained what was happening with my 2008 Accord every step of the way. All of my texts were answered within a few minutes. I will be back.
Beware of mark up on parts cost. Owner admitted via email he makes money on parts via price mark ups and won't use supplied parts, even if they are reputable parts with confirmed fitment and customer waiver of warranty.
Eric has always provided excellent service with our fleet and personal vehicles!
Herbst High Performance is simply the best car repair shop in the entire area. I rely heavily on my vehicles in my business and Eric keeps them all running like they are brand new. His shop is the only one I trust. Thanks for being there Eric.
