This company should be ashamed of their customer service. I ordered a simple double tilt out cabinet in March 2026 and 7 months in (October 2026) still have not received a product that was expected months ago. They just keep saying “we are working hard” or “your cabinet will ship next week.” Last month I filed a complaint with the BBB and they gave the same response of “working hard to complete these orders.” I see in these reviews that people who ordered a month after me already received their cabinets. Very frustrating to not hear any updates. Ordered a cabinet in April. As others have said, promised a 4-6 week turnaround. 6 months later, nothing. The last time I heard from the company was a promise that my cabinet would be shipped the day after Labor Day, but nothing. Hoping for a product update soon!
I really didn't want to have to write this review. I get that this is a small family company. I ordered a double trash can on 11/1/2025 and received it on 05/08/2026 (over 6 months). Unfortunately it had been damaged in transit. I informed Ron that day and he said they would ship out a new door. It is now October (over 5 months) and Ron has ghosted me. No answers to my emails. I can only assume that they think it is ok to not provide what I have paid for. I really wish I never dealt with this company
Disappointed in this whole experience. I ended up in a bait & switch situation with my apartment and have half of the kitchen storage expected. I ordered a cabinet from Herb’s knowing it might take a bit longer than the promised 6-8 weeks. We’re at 14 weeks now, and I even got an email a month ago that they would be shipping it out in a week, (spoiler: that did not happen). I placed my order on July 24, 2026, and as of today, I still have not received my cabinet or even an update on the status of my order. When I placed the order, I was quoted a delivery timeframe of 6–8 weeks. I have now been waiting over 11 weeks. I have called three separate times trying to get an update, yet I still have not received any communication or information about when I can expect my cabinet.
