I ordered this garbage can specifically (the pine double ) because I had gone through three where my puppy was stealing garbage out of them. I needed something that closed but also had the recycling bin. The website does say 4-5 weeks and then shipping. This did not happen, it took 5 months. So if you don’t need your furniture right away, don’t hesitate. This company is small and BUSY. They are so busy because their product is AMAZING. This is easily one of the best investments we’ve made. The turnaround was a little longer than expected, but the product is incredibly well made. We would definitely purchase again!
Unfortunately I did not see these reviews prior to ordering. Especially those about the lack of response, and delays to orders. I placed my order with a “4-6 week turnaround”‘ stated on the receipt. At about the 4 week timeframe I received an email that my order would be started soon and shipped as soon as it was done. It has now been more than 8 weeks since my order and my additional emails to receive a status have been ignored and not responded to. We ordered a cabinet with double trash bins and just received it. We were aware of the long turn around time but were not in a rush to get it. It took around 3 months to arrive but it is well worth the wait! You can tell they take time to make a quality product, we have received many compliments about it already! If you need something sooner, you should go to a store and buy something that is in stock. Otherwise I highly recommend them!
I’m getting past the point of return for my frustration with this company. I ordered something as a VALENTINES present and it’s mid July with no sign of it shipping anytime soon. Idc if it takes you a long time because it’s great quality. You need to communicate with customers. I guess I’m going to have to file a fraud report with my credit card.
