I was recommended Herbs by my usual mechanic as he was unwell. My first positive experience was with Amanda, the friendly, helpful receptionist. Then I met Herb. Very approachable, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with & thorough. I felt at ease with him straight away. Certainly knows his stuff. Left a pair of $400 sunglasses on the office counter while disputing a $6000 repair to swap a radiator and replace transmission hoses and fluid. Upon calling to pick them up they denied they found them… Car belongs to an elderly lady with dementia…smug office worker made a vile comment to wish me a happy new year and “hope she gets well soon” Nice touch considering her condition is fatal. Going to court over this. Deal at your own risk with this company.
