No proper communication, I am stuck up with poor workmanship on trunk boot space
I had an accident with my Honda Accord and dropped it off at the McKinney Collision Center for repairs coordinated through GEICO insurance. I'm having a terrible experience so far. The paint work is terrible; the color isn't correct and appears much thicker than on the other side of the car. The repaired front bumper has terrible paint work. The panel gaps are wider after the repair. The blind spot monitor on the repaired side is glitchy and sometimes delayed. I'm unsure if the sensors were tuned properly. The cabin noise is... read more
Rodney and Bryan are simply the best in the business. They went over and above to get my truck back to me in time, clean and without sacrificing quality. Unlike Texas collision. Those guys suck ! I highly recommend caliber for any and all your automotive repair needs. The entire team is amazing and I can’t be any more appreciative and grateful. Y’all rock!
I am grateful for this Caliber Collision shop. I had a piece wore out on the roof of my car and brought it in. The manager, Brian, a complete gentleman attended to the situation with outstanding customer service. I felt acknowledged and taken cared off. They fixed the vehicle for me without any problems.
