We are very happy with the service, we had our rear headlight broken due to a small accident. We went through our auto insurance and caliber collision team did a great job at first explaining on how they will fix It, then the ongoing communication as the repair was going on and finally with the actual at replacement of the rear headlight and it was done in a timely manner.
The associate who received my truck did explain how they going to fix my pick up truck ,and they fool me because 4 days after to see the shop progress,they did not work on nothing so I had to take my truck to another repair shop,and the Caliber Collision app. was texting me that they were working on my truck on time on the 4th day,Horrible work service.
Doug at Caliber Collision was amazing. I felt he stood up for us to the insurance adjusters when they wanted to use inferior parts or try to repair damaged parts and pass them off as new. There were a couple of delays which pushed the timeline to finishing ahead a bit but it was unavoidable. Parts were on back order and the insurance adjusters waited 6 days before coming to make the first inspection and then they lowballed the claim and had to come back for a supplemental claim.
