Seems herb has one monkey that didn't get his way and wasn't treated like a princess when he walked in. I have dealt with herbs for years, and I can wait my turn like everyone else to get the service I need. They can be busy, and that's a testament to how many people do go here to get thier fasteners. Good on you for doing us all a huge service and having all the fasteners i need when i come in.
