My family and I have been taking our cars to Herb’s for years and are extremely satisfied with the level of care our vehicles have received. It has always been a quick diagnosis and fix and Jake, the owner, is always very communicative with us both in-person and over the phone and doesn’t try to up-charge us.
Spoke to Jake on the phone because I had some questions. He went out of his way to take my number and help me get the information I needed, and texted it back to me. What great customer service; I feel like service like this is rare these days

Came here with a difficult project with my '55 T-Bird. Was happy to find knowlegable people who had worked on Y-Block Fords in the past. Issue was resolved perfectly. Very pleased.
Referred to by America's Tire store on Cherry Ave for alignment. This is an overdue review. Owners have been made aware it would be written. It appears different people have dramatically different experiences at this shop. Allow me to share mine, starting with the positive: -Clean shop -Catchy logo and signage I have been giving Herb's my business for a handful of alignment jobs.
