I called Frigidaire regarding a low pressure issue on the water dispenser which was under its manufacturers warranty. They put the service call with Herbs Appliance Repair. Upon arriving at my home this repairman did nothing but concur that the water dispenser had low water pressure. This being Wednesday, he stated that he would return on Monday with a blank or dummy filter cartridge to verify if it was a case of just bad filters. Can I give a minus star? This idiot has yet to return a phone call - even after he left ME a message to call him. The phone must not ring at his end, either, because he never, ever answers the phone. Can I have a business where I completely ignore the customers? Must be nice to have such a cushy, non-stressful work experience. It's been over four months since trying to get an appliance fixed, but the manufacturer won't go to another repair service since they already paid Herb. I would try to find another qualified appliance repairer immediately. As others have said in their reviews for at least the last 5 years, Herb,s misses appointments, does not respond to phone messages, carries on his business like he doesn't care about a single client. There is nothing good I can say about Herb's Appliance.
