Updated: We used to be loyal patrons of Herbs Bar & Grill, but sadly, that loyalty has been completely shattered. My father was having a private conversation with a friend, discussing some obvious concerns how business seemed to have declined, supplies weren't stocked, the floors were sticky, and the bathrooms smelled awful. He even mentioned that a lot of people are choosing to go elsewhere now.
