I was not excited about going to the Dermatologist but had to since I hadn’t been checked out before the Pandemic! But I was immediately put at ease by Dr Herbold & his staff! They all listened to me & answered all my questions. Very comfortable.
Billed me for an unsuccessful treatment that should have been covered under my insurance plan, then refused to reconsider his treatment decision.
What a great office and great care from Dr Herbold. Making an appointment was easy and professionalism of office refreshing.
