Being from another province, I wasn’t able to visit in person, but from the very first communication Herbin’s Jewellers delivered an experience that was nothing less than exceptional. Their professionalism, prompt responses, and genuine care made everything smooth and worry-free. Even from a distance, they went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and valued as a customer. I ordered my graduation ring from Herbin's in Wolfville in summer 2022 and was originally told it would be ready by the end of October. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive it until March 2023 due to a supplier change. While I understood the situation, it was still very frustrating.
