Was treated poorly by the employee the second we walked through the door. Messed our order up, left items out, and then ignored me when asking for them. He straight turned around and put his back to me. The location is dirty, and most importantly the service is POOR. Is my loyalty to herbies going to change? I think so. Hit 5 guys on western and save the aggravation Name - Cee-Quan. The other employee was pleasant despite having to work with him daily

They used to have the best vegan tenders in the area, but they recently switched to house-made tofu tenders and they are so bland and mediocre. Huge unseasoned blocks of tofu with unseasoned breading. Not appetizing at all. I miss their old vegan tenders so much! Their vegan milkshakes randomly have tahini in them so they taste weird too. Overall, they make some strange decisions with their vegan options. 🫤

I have loved Herbie's burgers in the past but my last visit was disappointing. Ordered ahead, it was ready but still had to wait for a little while (only one person working). I got my order home and the French fries were practically raw. They were barely warmed up, I had to cook them. Their vegan milkshakes are still fire though!!

Although the burger wasn't bad, the place is really very dirty, and the bathroom was disgustingly filthy. The restaurant had a lot of flies. It was very hot and the music was way too loud. Because of its poor appearance and lack of cleanliness, I wouldn't even give it a 1-star rating
