I live around the corner from this place and I was excited that it is so close to me and it’ll be easier for me to go grab a quick bite to eat. The food is very good and hot when I order but the customer service could do a lot better When I walk in they take about 10 to 15 minutes to take my order when I’m the only person there Ready to order and there’s no one before me. Cool look from the outside , Burger joint on first floor, burgers were good , tables and chairs have seen better days, mini arcade on second floor with a decent size bar , I would go back again and I would say you at least gotta check it out once , its worth the nostalgia to see it
Nick why did you do this to us. You showed us Herbies could be great. Better than great, best burgers in the capital region. But over the last year the drop in quality has been more than noticeable. First changing your beef supplier, the buns, then the veggies and now enlisting the help of a third party AI otp ordering system that can't get an order right. Vegan burgers and shakes are so good
Checked out the new location + clubhouse with high hopes on a Friday night and it was … really just okay? Bartender didn’t know what the featured drinks were without following the printed menu at the pace of someone working their first day. Games are full price and half fun. More butts on the controllers than hands. Thought the selection would be somewhat interesting, but it seems like just whatever the owner could get off of facebook marketplace that was working without needing parts.
