My college daughters car broke down there on a Sunday night. They open to the public at 9 am and she was there by 8:00 am to get it towed and they had already had it towed. $400 and a whole day of back-and-forth to retrieve the vehicle and all Litha could say is "I'm sorry". Horrible to treat a college student this way!

this place has been hiking the price of my ins up 3 years in a row. when i asked them about it they told that was the best they could do. just in last 3 years i went from around 2000. to 3200. then this year they were trying for 4200. ridiculous! upon a deeper dive into the tower hill ins they had me with i found out i was in an exchange. which means they had me in a group that was making a bunch of claims and i was helping pay for thier damage. i went to the bbb and looked up tower hill its the only way i found out what was... read more
