After numerous messages for a call back, I spoke to Arielle about our insurance policies today and she was extremely rude, argumentative and unhelpful. Customer service is not her forte! I’ll be looking elsewhere to replace our many policies.
Very disappointed with the service while changing auto insurance, agent neglected to add required lien holder to the policy. Notified and asked too many times to take care if it and get no response.
I have been working with Jess DeGrammont on a couple of my HOA accounts and she has been absolutely fabulous to work with. She's always on top of things and is so quick to respond when I need assistance. I honestly couldn't ask for a better agent to work with.
I had insurance through Herbie Wiles for my condo in St Augustine for the past year. It is now time to renew and I can’t get a call back. I have left multiple messages, got one return call from Abby a week ago and now all I get is her voicemail and no call backs. Very disappointed.
This is an easy 5 star review. Rick went above and beyond to help me insure a couple houses and one that has lapsed for some time. I was getting a lot of judgement from other companies and ended up not helping me, but Rick was able to. He was friendly and reassuring.
