this place has been hiking the price of my ins up 3 years in a row. when i asked them about it they told that was the best they could do. just in last 3 years i went from around 2000. to 3200. then this year they were trying for 4200. ridiculous! upon a deeper dive into the tower hill ins they had me with i found out i was in an exchange. which means they had me in a group that was making a bunch of claims and i was helping pay for thier damage. i went to the bbb and looked up tower hill its the only way i found out what was... read more

I called and spoke with Abigale (Abby) Walker on Friday April 7, 2023 and asked her to please help me find new homeowners insurance as mine was set to double in price. She said that she couldn’t get into her system but she would call me back on Monday April 10, 2023. It is now May 7, 2024! Over a year and I can’t get ahold of her. Every time I call she is not in the office. My insurance went up to almost $6,000 in 2023, I just received my renewal from them and my insurance is going up to almost $11,000!!!
