Was client for years. Even did my snow removal. Last yr he didn't complete all the work I requested. This yr he never showed despite phone calls. E mails and letters with a payment. Last phone call was after I received a bill for 3 months...which he never did. Called and questioned it...he had been promising to come out the week before. Told him how disappointed I was that he ignored everything I requested. I wad willing to give him another chance... Charged us $2,400 for spring cleanup . They didn’t finish the job and never came back. We called multiple times and then they said they weren’t going to come back because we complain too much. They cashed our check, clean up was never finished, and now our grass hasn’t been cut in weeks and we have to find someone else. Horrible.
