I had a life threatening accident on the sat they were supposed to come. I fel down 6 wooden steps in the dark hitting the wooden floor. Unconscious alone 19 hours until someone found me after calling for hours. I woke up in an ambulance to newpirt news for emergency surgery. I hit ny head. And did not know my name gor three days. I called Sen after being charged three karate payments. I offered hospital records the doctor even found it outrageous. After 21 years of not even one late payment

I’ve called them for plumbing disasters and furnace problems. Always get good fast help.. I’ve also gone in their store in remote got good advice and they had what I needed

For a Dishwasher install, they worked just half an hour, but charged laber for $319.75. Because the worker put down the hour for two, and $160/per hour. But they didn't have my signature to proof the time in or out. I think that is ridicules. Even thought I paid to them, but I want to let people know it was terrible thing happened to me.I hope you don't forget to timing their work, maybe better to make a vidio recording to proof. If you are on the eastern shore of va.. they are the best. I have two old trailers and have had service done on various things from plumbing to heating. Always great fast professional and courteous service

Great place, friendly and helpful employees
