Kathy at the front desk is beyond rude and doesn't care about her job what so ever, if you want to huff and puff before you put a client on hold make sure you do it after you fully hit the hold button, no care what so ever that what I asked for wasn't done and responds with "well". Lost a customer from this ridiculous attitude and behavior.
