I guess I should have read the reviews before I booked an appt! I had the appt on my schedule for 2pm. They did send text and email reminders but since I knew my appt was on that day I didn’t pay attention to the 10 time on their communications. My fault for sure ( as the office manager mentioned to me) but as a new patient to charge me $100 for a missed appt is not good customer service. Plus the office manager was not empathic. Had it been their mistake or they needed to cancel on me would they pay me $100? Needless to say... read more
