I was a patient of Dr. Juarbe's for 20 years and received competent care. Recently however I was released with high blood pressure measuring 197/97 without any followup. The Dr. refused to lower my thyroid medication regardless of my complaints of discomfort. One month later I was advised by another physician to go to the emergency room because my blood pressure was even higher.
