In 2016 I was introduced to John Herbet by an investment organization. I received statement etc until September 2022. Last statement was received and the balance was $50 000 . Since then John Herbert has not responded to my correspondence nor the other 36 South African investors. John you have made a good living off us hardworking folk. John Herbert pay our money over to us.

I am also an investor from South Africa. I used this legal practice to manage our account for USA investments. It worked well for a number of years. Then suddenly in 2022 all fell apart. Many promises were made, none were kept. The practice was closed, staff left. A lot of funds are missing. To date as far as I am aware way more than $1.0 Mio is missing. Complaints to the state bar proved be a waste of time along with pressing charges at the local police station.

I am writing form South Africa. In 2018 we started using this legal practice to hold our cash proceeds from our USA investments. All was well for till July 2022. We stopped getting monthly accounts and our requests to have our cash refunded have just been ignored.
