Support lines provide awful service. A loved one was diagnosed with cancer, passed away within a month. Support lady responded with "I doubt it". Appalling, absolutely appalling behavior from the phone lines.
I tried to call many times during open hours. The call went straight to voicemail, never get a call back. Funny how healthcare department front desk taking care of business now day. Especially INFUSION CENTER where critical illness need to be scheduling and taking care as seriously matters!
Wow dr fugazzi explained every step of my radiation treatment. Along with dr Chapman and the team I was entirely impressed will the care I received. I was treated like family. Nurses and radiation techs were the most thoughtful caring persons . All question were answered and the plan to rid my body of cancer was administered perfectly In the last 40 years I have been admitted to many hospitals.This cancer center and the team effort was right and top of. List thanks thanks to all
Very professional staff, always frendly.. I wouldn't go anywhere else
