This guy is a master of screwing you over. He doesn't do what is best for you. He does what is best for HIM and what will make him the most money. Ex 1. Called him to fix the gas heat. He looking into the pilot hole for about 2 and a half seconds and came up with a resolution that the whole unit was bad. He then proceeded to charge over 1k to install heat strips that are more expensive to heat the house.
