Very pleasant staff
My car was involved in a hit-and-run accident recently, and it’s incredibly difficult for me to look at it because it’s a new Nissan S2025. After contacting my insurance company and settling the investigations, I decided to find a reputable body shop. I initially went to CSN Herbers on the south side, but the person in charge of the estimator and scheduling wasn’t very effective or efficient. Fast and great service from the technicians, car was cleaned nicely inside before pickup. front desk staff tried to incorrectly charge me a 1000$ deductible fee and after some back and forth of me saying that was incorrect, she then found that it was clearly stated as 0$ in their system so could use a little more attention to detail in that department.
