We needed a new front bumper on our Sienna after hitting a coyote on the highway. Our van was into the shop when the parts arrived and the job was completed in 3 days. The end result was ‘like it never happened’ - as advertised! Not the first time we’ve used CSN Herbers Edmonton East. It’s great to know they guarantee their work if any issues crop up, but I don’t expect that will happen.. Good job! Thank you!!

Tried getting an accurate quote for an insurance claim to our fleet vehicle repair. They tried adding repairs unrelated to our no-fault accident at the rear of the vehicle, when the accident was to the front. Wrote it up as “deductible” and our insurance was going to charge us $2500 out of pocket. We had to constantly email and call them, leave voicemails for them to fix their quote so that the damages inflicted on our vehicle were repaired, and not the entire vehicle… leaving us out of pocket $2500 on a no fault accident. These guys are famous for stealing. I got my tools stolen out of my tool box and the management just didn’t do anything. Don’t get your car fixed here.
Staff was very Kind & Accomodating, Repair was Awesome.
