I don’t really know how long it usually takes to fix a scratch or dent, but in my case, they definitely took their time. My car was in the shop for over two weeks, they replaced the lift gate, and the bill came out to more than $4,000 through insurance. I lost my rental on the 12th day. I was stressing the whole time, wondering how much longer it would take and when I’d finally get my car back.
