Took my truck in to have four scratches at the back end of the box repaired and painted. Dropped off my truck early Tuesday morning and by the afternoon received a call that they had underestimated how much time it was going to take to do the repair and that now my estimate for the damages was going to be 33% more than the initial estimate. This is the second time I used Herbers south in ten years for my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. They not only are very skilled in repairs, they are courteous, patient and up to date in technologies such as calibration of body cameras and monitoring equipment. Their estimates were more or less the same as their final bills, hence no surprises. They also told me what parts they would not need to replace beforehand to save money. Great service at the south side location. The work on my car was done perfectly.
It was my second time here and they again madee my viechle like brand new.. Very good job and so fast. Just a bit long waiting time to fix but it was worth it
