Best shake place ever! Butter pecan shake is fire! If you haven’t tried it, make sure you do!

I just stopped in and had a great conversation with Jesus, and had a delicious Butter Pecan shake! Is on my way out ofcthe pool, INSIDE Falling Springs Recreation Center. So, I picked up a protein shake right after my workout. I would highly recommend you stop in, have a chat with him, and pick up your shake, too.

I love this place!! The butter pecan is my favourite and as much I want to be adventurous and try all the flavours, I stick to this amazing treat. JJ and everyone at Woodford Nutrition are always so kind - I’m so happy to support this local business!!!!
