They are very good and know their business. Just ask the person behind the counter he or she will gladly help you out. My favorites are protein balls and oatmeal. They will have new shake and tea flavors all the time. These are very nutritional and healthy options to help you get through your day!!!❤️❤️

If I could give this establishment 12 stars I would!!! My family absolutely loves everything made here. Friendly, helpful staff, the best healthy options on the market, so many flavor options, in a convenient & comfortable setting. The fried oreo protein shake & mint chocolate chip mocha protein shake is our family favorite. Although we have yet to try all options, we have enjoyed every flavor! Quick service, with order ahead, prices are great! This is a must stop in Ramsey!
