Looking at all the positive reviews, I’ve decided to show up at 8:00 am for a 1 pm appointment, they took me in right away, got a door right away, perfect company!! Quick unload, they have a gate, so I’d think there’s no overnight parking. Truck stops around the area, well it’s Memphis so if you’re not familiar, you’re at your own risk.
Hello! I have been dealing with a duplicate shipment issue for almost a month now. Herbalife charged my account twice for $531 each, and two shipments were created. I accepted one of the shipments but refused the other. Even though the refused shipment was returned to the sender last Friday, it has been almost a week and my refund has still not been processed. I don't understand why this is taking so long. I am expecting a return email regarding this matter and I request that the charged amount be refunded to me. Thank you.
