Have not been back for a year. I smoke flowers and there was a time that snake eyes and bubba something were real good. Quality went way down hill. Taste changed. Management and skinny mermaid girl responded with disgrace to my complaint. They are arrogant. Just know that this place does not stand behind their products. Also, they don't care about you!
Herbal used to be the spot, but it seems that as of lately they keep falling off. The waits are longer and longer every time I go in. Had to wait about 30 mins today just to be told they're out of what I went in for. This use to be my go to spot, not so much anymore.

RecommendedUsually I love coming in here. However tonight as I sat in the waiting room I witnessed your front desk receptionist (the people who represent your company) cop an attitude with a majority of the people who came in and asked if their name was called or about the wait time. DO NOT OFFER A DEAL IF YOUR EMPLOYEES CANNOT HANDLE A HIGH VOLUME OF PATIENTS. Extremely not cool. Especially when your paitents are seeking relief from whatever it is they're battling.
