Highly knowledgeable on herbs & supplements. My mum is hard to impress but she loves coming her regularly. She used to travelling 3 hours for bio-Impedence testing elsewhere, then 1 good one opened up an hour away in Maidstone, but now she can just walk 10 mins!! So pleased to have high value services even in grotty ilford. There’s a few excellent services around here but not many. This place deserves our support guys!
Visited for the first time yesterday, was a pleasant experience. Felt I was listened to and given very good advice which I plan on taking on board. Will def be going back in a month or 2 for follow up!
