I like this place, I just don’t like the man that checks out, he isn’t welcoming and I don’t like how I handed him my $ in his hand politely but he just throws my change on the table like it’s trash. I had my hand out and everything.

I go to this spa for my nails, pedicure, eyebrows and eyelash extensions. Vivien does my lash extensions and she is very meticulous with her work. Everyonr in the entire salon are very kind and detailed. Ive never had a negative experience. I actually look forward to visiting and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere.

I made an appointment for 10am. When I got there every chair was full. I let them know I had an appointment and was directed to pick a color and have a seat. Afterwords I reminded them I had an appointment. They said 5 more minutes. Well 5 minutes passed and I was still sitting there. No apologies or anything. They were rude and very matter of fact. I will no t be returning.

I would give 6 stars if this were an option! I moved to Charlotte 18 months ago and was a walk in client for a pedicure and have stayed with them ever since. The quality of service and care they provide is consistent and premier. I always feel welcome and they always make time that meets my schedule.
