I found the pricing structure to be quite expensive. There's a $500 registration fee, followed by a monthly charge of $250. Then we have to buy groceries and enroll in a gym. Personally, I believe it might be more cost-effective to invest that money in buying healthy food and a gym membership, or even simply enjoying outdoor activities like walking during the summer months.

I had such a great experience at Herbal One in Woodbridge. The staff is so helpful and it's truly the first program that has helped me meet my weight loss goals.
The absolute best place to go for weight-loss in the GTA! I lost 60Lbs in a year during University and I never felt this good before! The supplements work amazingly and the diet plan is perfectly structured to help reach my own goals. I highly recommend anyone who is planning on losing weight to come here! It is well worth the money!
