I want to start by giving LYNN her flowers because she was amazing with my daughter and treated her with kindness and respect and I wish I could return for her but sadly, it’s UNLIKELY. We called ahead to see if there was room for me AND my toddler and they said they would be available in 15 -20 minutes. UPDATE: Somehow, this experience got even worse after the salon responded to my review. Their response publicly offered me a “full refund or a complimentary redo,” so I called and asked to speak with a manager to accept the refund. The manager said she would contact the owners to see if they would “honor” the refund. That was 9 days ago. I followed up again and still have not received a response. Soft, gentle and relaxing! Had the build up gel removed; went well! Basic Pedi; went well also!!! WISH I could have afforded a tip; would have!!!

As usual, everyone in the salon is friendly and their customer service is superb. Appointments are on time, and the hospitality great. My girl, Lu, makes very good suggestions that are best for my nails. I just love going to this salon.
