I’ve had several acupuncture experiences in the past, but none have compared to my visit at Herb & Tao Acupuncture and Wellness. Ja'Nelle Jefferson is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain Chinese medicine in a way that is both clear and accessible. Great place for acupuncture!
Ja’Nelle is clearly a very warm and caring person. She made me feel comfortable right away. The acupuncture treatment, my first, was really soothing. I look forward to continuing my treatment with her.
Herb & Tao has been a desperately welcome space of healing, peace, and rhythm. I am grateful for the wholistic support in mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. My body loves the acupuncture treatments, my stomach and digestion love the nutritional support of herbs and recommended diet modifications, and my mind loves the support for sleep and anxiety. The energy and intention of this space is so intentionally positive and peaceful ☺️
