My experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The applied pressure was consistently excessive and uncomfortable; The practitioner demonstrated very limited professional knowledge and incorrect techniques. Instead of feeling relaxed after the session, I have tenderness and soreness across my body.
I have my two massage therapists
Paid for a 1 hour massage, but most of it didn’t feel like an actual massage. I had to keep asking them to focus on my calves and back, rather than areas that felt uncomfortable. The experience was very inconsistent and at times painful. There were brief moments where it felt proper—I assumed another staff member had stepped in but it went back to the same experience towards the end. Overall disappointing.
