I don’t even wanna give one star. Completely waste my time and money! There is a thai staff, i’m pretty sure she is not trained. I asked for back and shoulder, but she only scrubbed my back with hot stones. Also she fell asleep and answered a call while massaging me. It is the worst experience in my life!!!
I have come to Herb, steam and massage Parramatta twice. I have to say Anthony has made my experience an absolute highlight. I have walked in with leg and foot pain and walked out feeling anything but pain. He checks in with you around pressure and is really considerate around conversation and relaxation. I find Anthony to be knowledgeable and well trained, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend if you visit to ask for Anthony.

Absolutely terrible , lady kept on talking and stalling until 30 mins , and when I asked her to massage the traps properly she made a lousy excuse , complete waste of money
