I️’ve been a resident of Bartow County my entire life and have driven by The Herb Shop numerous times until this past Friday after work. I️ was looking for a particular dietary supplement. When I️ walked in I️ was immediately greeted by a member of the staff. I️ told her what I️ was looking for. She answered my questions and did not pressure me to buy anything. I️ loved the ambiance of the store and will definitely be back!!!!
Would highly recommend, our family has been going here for years this is our favorite herb shop. Excellent variety and very friendly staff. Have gotten stuff for adults as well as children and have been very satisfied with the products. Also they are very knowledgeable about the products they carry.
An associate was suppose to hold an item for me. I was unable to pick the item up that day. Called back before the end of the day. Told associate it will be the next day. She said okay. Went to the shop and they sold the product. The owner said there must have been a miscommunication. No there was not. They just sold it. Very unprofessional and I will never shop at this store. EVER. And will NEVER send anyone there.
I love this shop! The folks who run it are so friendly and knowledgeable, and I always find what I'm looking for, and even a few things I didn't know I wanted �
