Disaster experience with weekly pool service over a span of several years. Was billed repeatedly when technicians weren’t even showing up. Pool was bright green when I let them go, and billing staff yelled at me on the phone. Maybe you’ll have better luck with them!
Herbs built a brand new pool for us last year (we chose high end everything). Within 1 year, the pool has a leak. Herbs says it is a pipe issue (herbs installed new plumbing and pipes installed just fyi) - and we are just past our 1 year warranty for the piping so they will not cover the costs. The prior pool that was there for 20 years had no piping issues for 20 years. Do NOT use Herbs. Clearly an issue with their installation and construction. Dishonest, bad service, and bad corporate responsibility.
I've had a pool for 37 years and normally don't go to Herbs since I live in Novato. After refilling my pool I needed it tested and chemicals replenished. After testing they recommended about $150 in chemicals which I purchased. After I got home I realized I already had one of the chemicals I bought. The next day I came back to the same sales person who said no problem on the return until the manager said "NO RETURN OF ANY CHEMICALS." He didn't care that this small $20 unopened bag that i bought 24 hours ago. He said it's pos... read more
