I cannot recommend Michael enough. After going FIVE days with no water waiting for my property management company to send someone out I took matters into my own hands. I had a pipe that burst in my front yard on Dec 22. The day after Christmas and I called Michael and he was at my house in 2 hours and working on my problem, he was done 2.5 hours later and I had running water. He was an absolute lifesaver. I had a leak under my sink. The contractor that built my house referred me to a Plumber he works with. After about two hours of him turning wrenches and whatever he was doing, he said it was fixed.
