If I could give it zero stars I would. How dare they not let me the father and husband enjoy this experience with my wife. I wasn't allowed in the back for the ultrasound. They robbed me of this experience. This is my fourth child and the first time I wasn't welcome. I have always been there. In a country where we have a problem with active fathers and an active father shows up and I'm left in the waiting room. I'm so angry right now I'm shaking. I just can't believe this place.
Very rushed experience. Not much of an explanation during the ultrasound and stress test. Even if you come on time you don’t get seen on time( more like 30 min add’l wait time) nice ladies there but poor customer service and not very hospitable. When there’s a lot going on your rushed by and not explained thoroughly of your results. Even interaction between a different ethnicity other than Hispanic the staff seems to lack experience in. If I could give less I would, very nice ladies but I guess they discriminate once you have more than one baby since they don’t allow you to bring children with you to your appointments. I literally have no one to take care of my 9 month old and I was supposed to come in for an ultrasound cause I’m currently pregnant and drove over 1 hr to get to them and was dismissed. Wish they would give you a friendly/courtesy reminder of no children allowed so I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
Great experience here at the riverside location. Came in wait time was not bad at all. I showed up about 20 minutes early, and checked in. I was seen in a timely manner . Staff was very nice. Ultrasound tech made me feel at ease . She was so happy and talked me through my ultrasound and gave me a few printouts.I was able to talk to the genetic counselor and intern.
