Came here for my Anatomy test, it took the lady named Eva 5 minutes. That I'm aware of this test should of been at least 45 minutes. I was gonna pay out of pocket which was gonna be over 500 dollars but thankfully my insurance kicked in 1 week ago.
The doctor barely examined my friend’s baby before diagnosing a cleft lip. When she asked for more information, he was dismissive and showed little empathy. This lack of care and compassion was very disappointing. I would not recommend this doctor to my loved ones, or to anyone.
If I could give it zero stars I would. How dare they not let me the father and husband enjoy this experience with my wife. I wasn't allowed in the back for the ultrasound. They robbed me of this experience. This is my fourth child and the first time I wasn't welcome. I have always been there. In a country where we have a problem with active fathers and an active father shows up and I'm left in the waiting room. I'm so angry right now I'm shaking. I just can't believe this place.
Very rushed experience. Not much of an explanation during the ultrasound and stress test. Even if you come on time you don’t get seen on time( more like 30 min add’l wait time) nice ladies there but poor customer service and not very hospitable. When there’s a lot going on your rushed by and not explained thoroughly of your results. Even interaction between a different ethnicity other than Hispanic the staff seems to lack experience in.
